We are a UK VAT registered company in the UK and our VAT number is ______________. Our Head Office is at Victoria House, 28 – 32 Desborough Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2NF. 2.Service Availability. We are currently operating in countries under United Kingdom. But we are not limiting ourselves for the same. We are very much open to accept orders from individuals, wholesalers or retailers from different countries either in bulk or limited quantities. Vilife Care has reserve rights either to accept order which is created outside from UK or inform within 3 working day’s time to the customer that their order is in process or denied for whatsoever reason via email given by customer during registration.
3.Order Process: To place an order, click “buy now” button and your order will be processed. Once you confirm your order, it is neither returnable nor refundable by Vilife Care, until if didn’t matched as per your requirement. From time to time Vilife Care changes it’s policies, if any policy matches with refunds than it will be taken care by the same applied policy for the time being.
4.Delivery Time: Vilife Care honor and respect the value of time, Vilife Care will try to process your order in shortest possible time. But due to use of third party courier services, it might take some time to deliver the stocks. We will track down your order status and share with you the possible delivery time. All delivery is charged on a per order basis. This means it is the same charge whether your order 1 item or 10 items. Delivery charges include the cost incurred by us for the warehouse to pick and pack an item, packing materials and postage charges.
5.Payment and Refunds.
oThe price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. All prices listed include VAT.
oPrices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which are placed before the price changes occurs, in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
oWe guarantee your satisfaction with our Products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase, we offer a full ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange policy
6.Liabilities.
oWe warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality.
oOur liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Customer (who placed order) will be fully responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Vilife Care have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
8.Written Communications. Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications, we send to you should be in writing. We will contact you by e-mail most of the time, or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. If any Notice need to be send by Vilife Care, it will be directly send to your registered email address or mail address as registered by you. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
10.Your Blog Account and Site. If you create a blog/site on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and blog, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the blog. 11.Force Majeure. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
oStrikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
oCivil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
oFire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
oImpossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
oImpossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
oThe acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
oOur performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
12.Waiver. If we fail, at any point of time, during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
13.Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom or Specifically to England.
14.Entire Agreement. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your vilifecare.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website.
16.General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Vilife Care’s Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
17.Miscellaneous. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
