At ViLife Care, we offer Free UK shipping on all orders. All stock items ordered before 12 Midday are normally dispatched on the same working day.

Most of our food supplements are packed in Post Box friendly bottles. Which means these can be posted straight through your letter boxes and you don’t need to be present to receive your items, this excludes some orders with larger quantities but in this case, a card will be left if no one is in. If you miss your delivery you will be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or post office, details of this will be left on the couriers/royal mails card.

We always aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. The courier and service that we use is very reliable which means you should normally receive your ordered item(s) within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately sometimes delays do happens for reasons outside our control, in these cases we ensure that our customers are kept up to date. Although its unsual but If you have not received your goods within 5 Working days of your order confirmation, please contact us for advice.

We deliver outside UK, however this service available to our international customers.
