Do I need a Vilife Care’s account in order to set up Subscribe & Save?
Yes. If you do not already have one, you will be prompted to create one as part of the payment process.
Is my provided information safe?
Yes. As part of our privacy policy, your contact details and provided information will not be shared by Vilife Care. Please read our Privacy Policy for better understanding.
Does the item appear in my regular basket?
No, only products purchased immediately will be placed in your regular basket. Also, an un-purchased product will be shown to your cart until you do not delete the same from your cart.
How is the payment taken?
Payments will be made using the card details provided as part of your Vilife Care’s account.
How do I modify my details?
Changing or updating your details can be done by selecting ‘My Account’ in the top right of your screen and going to the ‘Subscribe & Save’ section.
How much is the postage?
Within the UK postage is FREE 1st Class delivery for any size order. Next day rates are available if needed but are chargeable. Outside the UK varies on which country is chosen, please contact info@vilifecare.com for a quote before placing an order.
How quickly I can receive my order?
Normally it takes 2 to 3 working days in order to receive your order within UK. If you have placed an order from outside UK than it might take time. At any point of time you may contact us for your order updates at info@vilifecare.com.
I am not in UK, can I order?
Yes, you can order us from any part of the world. Just need to take care of import duties and delivery charges as we are going free within UK only. For more details, visit our terms and conditions page or email us at info@vilifecare.com.
How do I return product?
We accept returns if they are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds of unopened bottles/tubs need to be sent back to our office within 7 working days of purchase to receive a full refund. You must pay for the return postage.
